The
foods we consume day-to-day play an important role in the health of
our skin. With such a wide variety of foods available today, it is
difficult to select foods that are tasty as well as healthy. Given
below are some foods that can help to keep skin healthy.

Blueberries - Antioxidants protect us from premature aging.
Blueberries are top ranked antioxidants by the U.S. Department of
Agriculture. Blackberries and plums are also rich in antioxidants and
helps combat free radical damage.

Sunflower seeds - With high vitamin E content, Sunflower seeds
helps protect our skin from the day-to-day sun damage. These seeds
can be used with oatmeal, salads, cereals, etc.
